A custom-designed M-7 brass cardioid capsule from Braingasm Microphone labs works in conjunction with the NOS Telefunken-Siemens EF800 tube and AMI BV08 output transformer to produce unrivalled sonic clarity, depth and warmth that is attributed to tube microphones. The cardioid capsule employed delivers a focused sound with stellar off-axis rejection, ensuring that no background interference will sully your recordings. In order to accurately replicate a world-class microphone, the Stam Audio SA-47 MKII has been constructed with top of the range parts and components to accurately replicate the character and sonic colouration from the original. Extra care was taken when selecting the capsule as the capsule imparts a large amount of the microphones tone. An M-7 brass capsule by Braingasm Lab is employed to capture your incomong audio source with as much accuracy as possible while delivering the authentic vintage flair.
Premium Ohmite Carbon resistors are used in the audio path to ensure a linear frequency response with a pristine signal path that's free from interference or distortion. Additionally, a NOS Telefunken tube is used to reduce the noise floor and output impedance, giving the same character as an original U47-style microphone.
