Leaving a powerful legacy. The Axion Label models make up Ibanez's series of ultra-muscular guitars designed to withstand the heaviest playing you can muster, as well as making your licks sound truly legendary. Aimed at metal guitarists but also containing features which would make any musician's jaw drop, they excel in playability and tone. Providing everything a modern guitarist could ever want from their axe, you're sure to find these instruments to be outstanding.
Devastating tonal heavyweights. Bare Knuckle's Aftermath pickups are at the top of their class, offering incredibly high output. With tonnes of clarity, they can handle the highest gain settings, and deliver pristine sound quality every single time. The mid-range is punchy, the bass is tight, and the treble sings with articulation. Even on clean settings, these pickups will give you a world of quality sounds to work with, so you'll be able to make your music exactly the way you want.
A three way pickup selector allows you to change between the neck and bridge positions with ease. Your leads will sound crisp, clear and full bodied when in the neck position, whilst your low string palm mutes and chords will sound saturated and intense in the bridge position. Even the lower tuning and seventh string will not hinder these powerful pickups, which have been specifically designed to handle the raw power and range of a seven string guitar.
Crafted in Ibanez's sorcery department. The Wizard III neck makes moving up and down the fretboard incredibly quick and smooth, which is perfect for shredding. Being made from beautiful roasted maple, it also adds plenty of tonal brightness to the resonance of this guitar. Combined with a pau ferro ebony fretboard, the neck woods add heaps of brightness to the guitar's tone, which will bring out the very best from high gain settings. Luminescent side dots also help light the way along the fretboard on darker stages. They're the glowing wand which completes the Wizard III.
Tuning issues? What tuning issues? Gotoh locking tuners keep your strings in a vice grip, so they stay ultra-stable and rarely go out of tune. And they make string changes much faster (let's face it changing strings can be a painful experience). They're simply superior. And they ensure that this guitar is equipped for every performance.
