When it comes to sound design Hexinverter MINDPHASER Complex Oscillator should be at the top of the list in terms of modules you should consider. This insanely creative module gives you all the tools you need to create anything from hard hitting techno to beautiful ambient pieces. It's a voicing powerhouse and will be the central unit to your modular synthesizer.



Featuring a central carrier VCO which can then be modulated with the Modulator VCO to the carrier's left. A waveshaper provides very experimental but powerful folding harmonics which can reach 5 octaves above the fundamental frequency. Superb Sound Design

The sound design capabilities of the Hexinverter MINDPHASER Complex Oscillator are fantastic, you can create a whole songs worth of sounds just from this one modular unit. The birthplace of your sounds is at the carrier VCO, this is where the main waveform will be initial shaped and formed. It is the oscillator core and feeds the waveshaper which will then twist the sound. Unlike classic waveshaper sections, the Mindphaser features folding harmonics which can reach up to as high as 5 octaves above the fundamental frequency. The waveshaper functions also feature, internal back and a full range amplitude modulations. This is where your unique sound design begins.

After this you then can modulate the signal using the Modulator VCO. The Hexinverter MINDPHASER Complex Oscillator modulation is built around the same analog triangle core VCO as the Carrier VCO and with just a simple button press can switch between LFO and audio range modes. This gives the MINDPHASER some serious versatility.

The Mod Bus

The Mod Bus section - wonderfully designed in a triangle shape - allows you to select from the Pulse, Ramp, Sine output of the Modulator and vary your bus index manually or with CV inputs. This allows you to craft your sound further. The Mod Bus send destinations include classic linear FM, AM, wavefolding, feedback and thru-zero phase modulation. The Mod Bus really shows how deep the audio manipulation in the MINDPHASER goes. Craft the sounds you want with some serious depth, the MINDPHASER is about to change the game.
