Not only does the silver produce a beautifully warm and singing-like sound with plenty of overtones, but many players also find solid silver easier to play compared to other materials. To ensure your flute stands the test of time, the body is manufactured from nickel silver. Nickel silver is very robust, so you know this flute will survive the busy commutes to and from school or concerts. Once the flute has been constructed, it's silver-plated to provide a scintillating shine.

Unlike other flutes at this price, the Rosedale Intermediate flute comes with French pointed arms as standard. These arms not only increase the stability of the instrument, but also enhance the overall quality of the mechanism. The Intermediate flute also comes with closed holes. Closed holes are perfect for students to help ensure a hole is fully covered when pressed. Feel confidence in the clarity of each note.

As well as this, the mechanism makes the flute more accessible when cleaning and easier to service. The Split E mechanism also offers more control of the High E, thus creating a more stable and tuneful note. The mechanism can be considered essential if you're taking your grades as it improves scales and your overall sound.

Included Accessories

The included French-style hard case has been specifically moulded for the Intermediate flute to guarantee a perfect fit. The inside of the case even features a gorgeous purple lining to protect the finish on the flute.
