2164 Based Linear VCA Circuits

The Intellijel Linix is a comprehensive hex linear VCA and 5:1 VC Mixer, building on the success of its predecessor – the now discontinued HexVCA module. The Intellijel Linix is ideal for processing and routing signals. It features a six-channel configuration comprised of 5-normal channels and a summing amplifier that feeds the input of the sixth channel. The sixth channel gives you the ability to have voltage control over the master sum. At the heart of the Linix module is six premium-grade, 2164 based linear VCA circuits, complete with Bias control and CV attenuation. It is ideal for everything from processing signals to sound experimentation and more.

Bias Control & Attenuators

The module features a wide range of controls, arranged in an ergonomic layout for quick and easy access. Each of the six channels features its own dedicated attenuator. The 5 normal channels feature grey attenuators, which can then be linked to the summing channel for added flexibility. The Bias control provide optimal precision when it comes in dialling in your levels. You can also break from the master sum by patching into an individual output channel.

Versatile CV/Analog Connectivity

The Linix Eurorack module features a wide range of versatile connectivity including both inputs, outputs and CV connections. This allows for maximum flexibility when it comes to patching and routing signals, ideal for sound experimentation and sound design applications. Each of the CV connections feature dedicated smaller attenuators, as well as an LED on each channel for monitoring incoming activity. The Sum output also boasts an additional set of LEDs, allowing you to monitor the bipolar state of the final sum. One of the most unique features is that if the direct output is used on each channel, the sixth channel becomes an additional independent VCA.
