Sela Wave Cajons

The Sela Wave Cajons are constructed from a new composite material which is comprised of wood and plastic. Not only does the material increase strength and durability, but it enhances the sonic capabilities of the cajon, offering a rich bass with crisp and extremely sensitive highs which respond to even the lightest hits. The Wave Cajons come equipped with non-slip rubber feet and a non-slip surface which removes the need for a Cajon pad. A removable snare system gives you full control over your snare sound, letting you customise each snare sound individually to your preference. Constructed from high-quality German-made parts, the Sela Wave Cajons offer a comfortable and ergonomic experience throughout every performance or session.

Integrated Snare Mechanism

The Sela Wave Pro Cajons feature an integrated snare lever for instantaneous switching between two unique sounds depending on the position of the lever. When the snare is on, the Cajon will produce a classic Sela tone, with a crisp, snappy snare sound. Turning the snare off will create a Conga-like sound as you would expect from a Peruvian cajon. You also have the ability to amplify the snare sound according to your taste. The Sela snare system also allows you to add a second snare to your cajon if you desire.
