With its punchy 18x12 kick drum, focused 14x10 floor tom and fast 10x7 and 12x8 rack toms, the Compact set produces a rounded, full-bodied sound with excellent projection despite its small size. The Roadshow kit is equipped with Chrome hardware and features a gorgeous Red Wine finish, ensuring that it looks every bit as impressive as it sounds.
9 Ply Poplar Shells
The Roadshow Compact Kit features 7mm shells made from 9-ply Poplar, delivering a crisp sound with strong high end attack. The shells are cut with a 45° bearing edge, which reduces contact between the head and the shell for improved resonance and tonal clarity. The bearing edge also allows for much easier tuning, and enables the drum to consistently stay in tune.
Self Muffling Bass Drum
The bass drum forms the heart of any drum kit, providing a solid foundation for your playing. The Pearl Roadshow Compact kit features a versatile 18x12 bass drum, with self-muffling rings to prevent unwanted boominess for a tighter, punchier sound. The kick drum also features an extended tension/tuning range, providing it with incredible low end depth.
